Every member of the team needs to focus on many aspects to share their part to the whole sales. A hard working team with smart attitude is the root of this concept. Each closing and customer has different and sometimes similar pattern when concluded. Once this structure is defined and known all what the team needs is leads. A well handled prospect will only mature to your lead’s list. The job do not end here they need to be assisted and guided well enough to provide you target figure. To keep the leads tunnel in equilibrium the team need have enough matured prospect. A working model of the sales strategy is the foundation of effective sales. But there are things once to be relaxed on in these strategies.

1. Lose self-confidence – The thought on no input strategy will decrease your current reaction on the situation leaving you to loss the confidence level to attend the leads.
This may give a bad impression on your presentation to the lead and as said the way you represent yourself is as you present your organization.

2. Decreases the product value – The product which has sales volume is the once which sustain in the market. In the same way if the product is not giving your figures it means the product is not worth. In the same way ones non performance will force one to think on product’s value and not one’s attitude.

3. Booming calls – The stressed atmosphere will make the calls on for sales loud which has a lose pitch on the calling. A pleasant mind can only act as planned.

4. Less productivity – The more the rounds on these stress thoughts will impact the productivity on the mates and then the team.

5. Attitude on sales – The initial and the follow attitude on each sales guy depends on how confidence he/she is on the sales plan thus a stressed thought on sales increase ways will make more ways and not proved ways.

9. Decreases after sales service interest – A customer is always your duty to be services though it’s an after sales service too. Your stressed thought may impact this too

10. Low enthusiasm – You action speaks and the reason you were hired is one among the rest. Thus one needs to keep this point intact in your life.

These are the points one has gone through and thought of in every sales room. Interact and speak the query and work on the working execution so that the one after you have go though less than you have experience. As this may increase more output than the thought one.
