Teamlease skill university (TLSU) is the first of its kind organization in India. They have taken charge of making the youth of the nation more equipped with skills and knowledge. Their aim is to streamline and secure the professional growth of the young generation, ultimately shaping a better tomorrow for all of us. It was established under Public-Private-Partnership with the Government of Gujarat (Gazette Notification: Gujarat Act No. 18 of 2013) under Gujarat Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2013 with effect from 22nd April 2013. They facilitate traditional and non-traditional Programmes, focusing on academic, vocational, professional, technical, and life skill domains. TLSU generates an efficient workforce by offering employment-oriented Programmes and an opportunity to build a career path for non-graduate employees through our unique Programme for working professionals.
Being one of the best vocational-cum-technical training universities in the country, TLSU wanted to ensure maximum student reach during admissions. Amid the pandemic, it became evident that traditional on-campus and in-person meetings needed an alternative. There was an immediate need for an efficient and agile setup that had effective penetration and was easy to use.
TLSU partnered with OneRing, to formulate a solution that ensured maximum admission despite the pandemic. At OneRing, the team critically assessed the demand and came up with the best solution. All the admission allied snags were resolved with a ring. This made the client’s capabilities future-ready. Moreover, the entire solution was implemented in a single setup making it really easy to manage. OneRing provided TLSU with a virtual number which was then advertised on social media platforms, advertisements (printed and digital), website, etc.
On dialing the virtual number, the call was disconnected after one ring. A GUI-based customized reporting was provided so that faculties and the supervisors could access relevant information. OneRing was able to produce key insights for TLSU with the help of its detailed reporting capabilities like caller number, date and time, operator, geographic location, etc.
Through OneRing’s mobile engagement solutions, all the admission-related queries were resolved, making it easy for the management to get in touch with interested students and share information.
